The environmental management system
In 2014, the environmental management system of LITIM GmbH & Co. KG was certified in accordance with ISO: 14001 for the first time. Shortly before, the management decided to use only electricity from 100% renewable energy. Since then we have been using green electricity at EWS Schönau. In addition, a photovoltaic system was installed on more than 1000 m² to generate electricity. Electricity consumption is one of the relevant environmental aspects in our production.
Extension of the storage areas
Over the years, we have established ourselves as a reliable supplier of turned parts, milled parts and ground components. We also provide the performance of material planning. For this occasion, we will have additional storage areas in 2016 for a total of up to 500 tons of rented steel.
Erweiterung der Lagerflächen
Im Verlauf der Zeit haben wir uns von der Lohndreherei zum einem zuverlässigen Lieferanten für Drehteile, Frästeile und geschliffene Komponenten etabliert. Dabei erbringen wir auch die Leistung der Materialdisposition. Zu diesem Anlass haben wir im Jahr 2016 weitere Lagerflächen für insgesamt bis zu 500 to. Stahl angemietet.

Nel corso degli anni ci siamo affermati come fornitori affidabili di pezzi torniti, parti fresate e componenti a terra. Forniamo anche le prestazioni della pianificazione dei materiali. Continuous development 2018
Today, with more than 80 employees, we process approx. 2500 tons annually at our Wuppertal site.
We offer our customers a wide range of turned parts, milled parts and ground components. We coordinate our services in the field of surface treatments, heat treatments and coatings for our customers, so that a finished product can be offered at the end. We continue to see our core competence in the efficient and precise machining of various materials. For this reason, we are constantly developing our production technologies and continuously expanding our expertise.
Ständige Weiterentwicklung
2018 Heute verarbeiten wir an unserem Standort in Wuppertal mit über 80 Mitarbeitern jährlich ca. 2500 to. Stahl. Dabei bieten wir unseren Kunden ein breites Teilespektrum von Drehteilen, Frästeilen und geschliffenen Komponenten an. Leistungen im Bereich der Oberflächenbehandlungen, Wärmebehandlungen und Beschichtungen koordinieren wir für unsere Kunden, sodass am Ende ein fertig verarbeitetes Produkt angeboten werden kann. Unsere Kernkompetenz sehen wir weiterhin in der effizienten und präzisen Zerspanung verschiedener Werkstoffe. Aus diesem Grund entwickeln wir unsere Fertigungstechnologien ständig weiter und bauen unsere Kompetenzen kontinuierlich aus.

Oggi, con oltre 80 dipendenti, elaboriamo ca. 2500 tonnellate all’anno nel nostro sito di Wuppertal. Offriamo ai nostri clienti una vasta gamma di pezzi torniti, pezzi fresati e componenti a terra. Coordiniamo i nostri servizi nel campo dei trattamenti superficiali, trattamenti termici e rivestimenti per i nostri clienti, in modo che un prodotto finito possa essere offerto alla fine. Continuiamo a vedere la nostra competenza principale nella lavorazione efficiente e precisa di vari materiali. Per questo motivo, sviluppiamo costantemente le nostre tecnologie di produzione e ampliamo continuamente la nostra esperienza.
